I had my first experience of QHHT with Janet in early January 2024. I had no experience of this and so was able to enjoy the whole thing with an open and curious mind.
Janet explained how it worked and what I may experience, making me feel totally at ease and relaxed about what is essentially giving yourself over to your subconscious to explore what may come up during your session. Janet had sent me some information about how to prepare for our session, including bringing a list of questions which I may or may not receive answers to. Similarly to working with spirit sometimes we are not meant to know all the answers at a particular time.
Janet made me feel completely relaxed and it was easy to listen to her voice as she talked me into a deep state of relaxation. We visited several of my past life experiences and one in particular resonated with me, something I had experienced during a clairvoyant spiritual exchange previously was confirmed to me during one of the past life regressions, something I was very pleased to hear and I now know a lot more about that experience thanks to the regression experience.
Janet then asked my higher self to perform a body scan to allow any healing that was needed to take place, we had discussed several areas of my health that I had concerns about and during our session it was confirmed that my health worries or concerns would be addressed over the coming days and coming weeks and that I would experience any healing that was needed. I can confirm that some of my aches and concerns that I had asked about have started to fade and of course some things take a little longer than others but if you approach with an open mind you will get so much from the session, I know I did.
Janet explained after our session that I might receive further information in my dreams or meditations over the coming few days, I can confirm that my dreams were very explicit and detailed for several nights after out session. Reconfirming to me some of the things I experienced on the day.
I can honestly say I found the whole experience fascinating and came away wanting more.
The sessions are by necessity quite long, as there can be a lot to cover and obviously you have to be totally relaxed to experience the very best from your session. Your session is recorded and you will receive a copy of your recording so that you can listen to it as often as you wish, there will be many things you won’t remember from the session but with the recording you can experience it in so much detail afterwards. Janet gives of her time and skill without question and puts you totally at ease so that you receive the very best experience that you can.
I can honestly say I enjoyed my first experience of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and this is something I would like to explore more, it can unlock answers to questions you may have and some you may not even know you have yet but be aware it can also bring even more questions to the fore.
