How to prepare for the session.

  • Please prepare a typed and printed list of questions to bring to your session and organise the questions with health questions first followed by your other questions ordered from most to least important. For more information about your list of questions, please see the What to Ask page.

  • Pay attention to and make note of any memories or questions that pop up before your session.

  • It's best to limit alcoholic beverages for 24 hours before the session as well as caffeine and unprescribed drugs the day of the session.

  • If you meditate, consider doing some light meditation before attending. Additionally, light stretching is recommended, as it will be a long day with limited opportunities to move.

  • Make sure to eat prior to your arrival as the session is long. Having a snack on hand for after the hypnosis can be beneficial to help ground you.

  • Come to the session wearing comfortable clothes as you will be laying down for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. A blanket will be provided in case you get cold during the session.

  • The most important thing is to come with an open mind and a genuine willingness to accept whatever you are shown.

  • Here’s a link to a very helpful video by Suzanne Spooner, offering four valuable tips for a successful QHHT session. You can watch it here.

What to expect from the session.

  • The session takes place in person and will likely last between 4 and 6 hours.

  • We will begin with a long chat where I can get to know you and understand the reasons for you wanting the session. I will ask about your life story, your important relationships, your career your health and about all the most important moments of your life. We will also go over your list of questions. Everything we discuss is strictly confidential.

  • During the regression process you will be guided into a deep and enjoyable state of relaxation. Your Higher Self will then lead you back to a significant experience from your soul's journey. Through this exploration, we gain deeper insights into your present life experiences and any unresolved issues.

  • Afterward, your Higher Self will address your prepared questions and perform a body scan for any necessary healing.

  • It's important to be mindful of your conscious mind attempting to interfere with the experience. At times, it may seek rational explanations or dismiss the experience as mere imagination. In fact, it is essential to embrace your imagination and let the experience unfold naturally without resistance. Allow yourself to be transported into a daydream-like state, confident that the images arising in your mind are precisely what you are meant to perceive. When you later listen to the recording, you might be amazed by the profound revelations that surface.

  • Once you emerge from the trance state, we will engage in a debriefing session to discuss your experience and memories. This period also allows you to fully reorient yourself, wake up, and transition back into your body before rejoining the outside world.

  • Before you leave, you will receive an audio recording of the hypnosis session for your reference.

What to do after the session.

  • Drink lots of water and eat some food to help ground yourself.

  • Even if you feel inclined to sleep right after the session, it's advisable to stay awake until your normal sleep time.

  • In the days following the session, try to rest and take it easy, as your body may still be in the process of healing and detoxifying.

  • According to Dolores Cannon, the "door remains open" for approximately three days after the session, so be attentive to any insights or dreams that may come during this period. You can also use this time to ask questions of your Higher Self and observe what revelations may come to you.

  • Listen to your recording every night before bed for at least the next three nights to help reinforce the healing process. The more you listen to it, the better your results will be.
